One link. Real bookings. Money in your own account.
Stop running your practice across a scheduling link, a WhatsApp thread and a bank transfer. Vekela gives you one page your customers can book — and pay on, when you’re ready.
Try a name to see how the link reads. Nothing is submitted or held — names are picked when Vekela opens.

Right now your booking system is three apps and a favour.
Each part works. Together they leak — the times you forgot to block, the deposit you never chased, the client who asked to move Thursday and got buried in a thread.
Built for one person selling their own time. a voice teacher, a tennis coach, a barber, a dog groomer, a piano tuner, a charter captain and a private chef.
Today
A scheduling link
Built for meetings, not for services. One free event type, priced per seat, and it knows nothing about money.
Today
A WhatsApp thread
Where every reschedule, address question and "are we still on?" goes to die. No record, no reminders.
Today
A bank transfer
Chased by hand after the session, with nothing holding the no-show to their word.
Three steps, then share it.
01
Say what you offer
A name, a length, a price. In person, video or phone. Add more services whenever.
02
Set your week
Days, hours, a gap between sessions. Your timezone is detected; your customers see theirs.
03
Publish and send it
One tap to WhatsApp, SMS or your Instagram bio. The link never changes, even when your hours do.

Why Vekela
The parts other tools make you give up.
We read the market before we built. These are the trade-offs solo providers keep being asked to accept.
Your link works the same in a hall, a home, a shop or somebody’s driveway.
Pricing
$19 flat. Never a cut of a booking.
Marketplaces take 20–30% of what a new customer first pays you.1
Per-seat tools bill you again for every calendar. We don't send you customers, and we don't charge you as if we did.
Payments
Paid into your account, not ours.
Charges are created on your own Stripe account. Money never passes through our balance — payouts, refunds and your 1099 are yours.
For your customers
Four taps. No password.
No sign-up, no account, nothing to remember. Rescheduling works straight from the link in their confirmation email.
Optional payments
Take cards, or don't.
Plenty of people still get paid in person, and that's a setting, not a workaround. Connecting Stripe is optional and nothing about your page waits for it.
One link
Made to be sent, not embedded.
No website required. The link goes in a bio, a WhatsApp reply, a parents' group chat.
Any screen
Identical on a phone and a laptop.
One page that reflows instead of a cut-down mobile version. Every control is thumb-sized.
1 Marketplace commission on a new client the marketplace itself sent you, charged on that client’s first booking — not a cut of every booking. Checked against two marketplaces in the category, August 2026.

Zero rake. You keep 100% of what you charge.
Stripe’s standard processing fee goes to Stripe. We never touch it and never add anything on top. The subscription pays for the software; the booking is yours. No per-booking cut, no commission on new clients, no fee that grows as you do.

Talk to us
For a solo practice that has outgrown these limits — more services, more bookings, higher caps. Priced on what you use, still with no cut of what you charge.
Start a conversation →Questions
- Do my customers need an account?
- No. They pick a time, leave a name and a number, and they're booked. Rescheduling works from a link in their email.
- Can I keep taking cash or Zelle?
- Yes. Payments are optional per service — show a price and settle in person, or take the card up front.
- Will it clash with my Google Calendar?
- Two-way sync is next on the list. Until it ships, Vekela only offers the hours you set, so nothing gets booked over.
- What if I already send people a Calendly link?
- Keep it while you try this. Send Vekela to your next five customers and compare what actually gets booked.

One person in the US selling their own time — teachers, coachs, barbers, groomers, tuners, captains, chefs. Not clinical work, and not a business with staff: everything here assumes one person, and that person is you.
